In this industry the answer to the question 'What do you do?' gets some very unusual answers. I am sure that my own answers to this question can get weird and wild. The truth is that it is a very wide spectrum of work. At it's most basic, we transfer home movies to USB or DVD, but more often than not we see a deeper impact. We often reacquaint people with the heartbeat or laugh of a lost love one. We facilitate people being able to look back on their whole lives. In some cases, we have been able to facilitate someone discovering the personality of a father they never met. We bring moments of love, joy, growth, and even sorrow back to life, family history long forgotten back from the attic for future generations to laugh at, cry with and learn from.
Often people use our services for gifts. For them, it's not just about the conversion, it's about what they will be giving, the emotions or the memories. We understand the importance of this and that is why it is hard to describe what we do (without a blog post of information). As time moves on it is now easier to record and store footage of precious moments, but our passion is ensuring those taken aren't lost.
